Each item is uniquely marked for identification. If you receive a faulty part, we will replace it at no cost. If a replacement isn’t available, we’ll issue a full refund—including return postage.

If you’ve purchased a part in error, simply contact us within 30 days. Return the part in the same condition you received it, and we’ll cover the return shipping. Once the item has been inspected and verified via our security markings, we’ll issue a refund—typically within 7 business days.
